Senior Compliance & AML Specialist (CO/MLRO) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) professional to join Limitless Consulting in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will strengthen the firm’s compliance framework, ensure regulatory expectations are consistently met, and support day-to-day AML operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AML/compliance manuals, policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
• Oversee client onboarding processes, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
• Conduct sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP) and adverse media screening.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and generate required reports.
• Liaise with regulators, support inspections and audits, and respond to regulatory inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance and AML, with exposure to Compliance Officer (CO) and/or Money-Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CAMS, ICA or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
