Senior Contract Performance Manager

About the role

The Senior Contract Performance Manager acts as the single point of contact for customers on Contractual Services Agreements (CSA) and serves as the link between the customer and the project team. The role covers all contract performance activities tied to a customer site, with full support during emergencies and during normal office hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the transfer of information and requests between the customer and the project team, and keep the customer informed of project progress.
• Negotiate changes, variations and solutions to issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Ensure adherence to contract service, operations and performance specifications, as well as financial and technical metrics.
• Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration on assigned proposals and contracts with minimal supervision, and support senior contracts personnel.
• Coordinate with customers on contractor services, annual maintenance planning, warranty obligations, covered maintenance, repair of collateral damage, additional required maintenance and extra work, and schedule and attend annual maintenance planning meetings.
• Provide accurate and timely billing according to CSA conditions, and respond to customer inquiries about proposals, CM&Us (conversion, modifications and uprates) and other extra work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of experience in a technical and/or field services role.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in finance with P&L responsibility is preferred.
