About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Senior Corporate Benefits Operations Officer to manage daily operational functions and documentation within the corporate benefits department. The role is fully remote and focuses on compliance, reporting, and maintaining regulatory standards to ensure smooth business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming and outgoing corporate benefits documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and organise both physical and digital filing systems for easy audit access.
• Track timelines rigorously to meet all paperwork deadlines and avoid operational delays.
• Assist management with daily operational duties, including coordination of activities and follow‑up on pending tasks.
• Perform precise data entry and uphold data integrity throughout documentation processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate documentation exchange and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain reports on corporate benefits operations, highlighting key metrics and compliance status.
• Continuously improve filing and reporting processes by adopting digital tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation handling.
• Proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams.
• Background in business administration or a related field; up to one year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently without direct team management responsibilities.
