Senior Coupa DevOps Expert - Procurement Systems

About the role

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is hiring a Senior Expert for its Procurement Systems unit (Finance & Procurement) in Islamabad, reporting to the Head of Coupa DevOps. The role covers the administration, configuration, development and operation of the Coupa spend management platform, which is used for sourcing and purchasing and integrates with other cloud-based ERPs. It combines Coupa platform administration with Functional DevOps responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day administration and operation of the Coupa platform, keeping it stable, secure and compliant with standards and controls.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, groups and access in line with business requirements and security policies.
• Perform master data administration and maintenance across Coupa areas, and run regular system housekeeping and health checks.
• Analyse change requests and configuration proposals, assess impacts and dependencies, and recommend improvements.
• Support testing, releases, incident management and complex issues, coordinating with business, integration, ERP and technical teams.
• Provide analytics and insights on platform usage, data quality and incidents, and act as a Coupa subject matter expert in governance forums.

Required profile

• Master's degree in IT/Computer Sciences, or a degree in Finance/CA/ACCA with relevant ERP implementation experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Coupa administration, process design, configuration, testing, change management, production support and end-user support/training.
• Experience in ERP/procurement implementations, preferably S2P/SCM solutions and Coupa.
• Nice to know: practical experience with AI/GenAI and automation, Agile way of working, and relevant certifications.

Required skills

• Coupa platform knowledge and Source-to-Pay processes (sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing).
• Functional DevOps and Agile practices.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, in shifts and on public holidays, with good English.
