About the role

The Senior Credit Manager will lead comprehensive due diligence for corporate credit proposals and ensure robust portfolio monitoring in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Develop lending rationales through due‑diligence and present them to credit committees.
Proactively monitor the CIBG portfolio, track overdue items and maintain accurate Obligor Risk Ratings.
Assist the Head of Credit Risk/CRO with analysis of credit packages and risk reviews.
Mentor and lead risk analysts, fostering effective credit decision‑making.
Manage stakeholder conflicts and recommend appropriate risk‑mitigation actions.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Business or Commerce.
10+ years of experience in credit risk, banking or related financial services.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

Regulatory framework knowledge.
Knowledge of banking products.
Market knowledge.
Financial and industry analysis skills.
