Senior CVM Reporting Analyst - Telecom

About the role

An experienced Senior CVM Reporting Analyst is sought with hands-on expertise in Telecom Customer Value Management (CVM) and marketing reporting. The role turns data into actionable insights that support revenue growth and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly CVM and marketing performance reports.
• Analyse campaign performance, offer uptake, conversion rates, campaign ROI and incremental revenue.
• Monitor telecom KPIs such as ARPU, churn, recharge behaviour, customer retention and customer lifetime value.
• Analyse prepaid and postpaid segments, usage patterns, spending behaviour and campaign responses.
• Evaluate campaign and offer effectiveness and identify ways to improve engagement, uptake and revenue.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through segmentation, targeted offers, upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for business decisions.
• Provide recommendations to improve ARPU, spending, campaign performance and retention.
• Work with CVM, Marketing, BI and Data teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in telecom.
• Hands-on experience in Telco CVM and marketing campaign reporting.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of telecom CVM KPIs, campaign analytics, customer segmentation, offer performance, ARPU, churn and revenue analysis.
• Experience with telecom customer, usage, recharge, billing and campaign performance data.
