Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to act as a strategic advisor and technical leader. You will design, implement, and optimise enterprise‑scale DevOps and cloud ecosystems, guiding both clients and internal teams toward scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to define DevOps strategy, roadmap and target architecture.
• Lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi.
• Design, build and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Drive adoption of GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux) for declarative deployments.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes platforms, including Helm chart creation and advanced patterns such as auto‑scaling and service mesh.
• Implement DevSecOps controls, secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault) and security scanning (Trivy, Snyk).
• Build observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or Datadog and define SLIs/SLOs.
• Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior DevOps or platform engineering leader in large, complex enterprises.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise in cloud‑native architecture, multi‑cloud or hybrid environments.
