Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to act as a strategic advisor and technical leader. You will design, implement, and optimise enterprise‑scale DevOps and cloud ecosystems, guiding both clients and internal teams toward scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to define DevOps strategy, roadmap and target architecture.
• Support pre‑sales activities with solution design, estimations and technical proposals.
• Lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes platforms, including Helm chart development and advanced orchestration patterns.
• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins and drive GitOps adoption (ArgoCD/Flux).
• Implement DevSecOps practices, secrets management (Vault, AWS/Azure Key Vault) and integrate security scanning tools.
• Build observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack or Datadog and manage SLI/SLO/SLAs.
• Lead incident management, root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem processes to improve availability and MTTR.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience with senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
• Strong background in designing multi‑cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise in platform engineering, automation and continuous delivery.
• Ability to mentor engineering teams and champion best‑practice adoption.
