Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

You will join the AI Platform team to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure, LLM gateway, and serving layer that power a wealth‑management product. This is a hands‑on ownership role on Azure, responsible for taking infrastructure from code to production and ensuring reliability and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Azure‑based infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Implement and monitor networking, container, and serverless compute resources (VNets, subnets, private endpoints, Container Apps, Function Apps).
• Design, deploy, and operate an LLM gateway or similar routing layer.
• Optimize cloud costs through scaling strategies and serverless cold‑start management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of platform, backend, or infrastructure engineering experience with production ownership.
• Hands‑on experience with a major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and solid understanding of compute and networking concepts.
• Strong debugging instincts, using logs, traces, and reproducible steps.
• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) concepts such as tokens, context windows, and quota management.

Required skills

• Azure cloud services (VNets, subnets, private endpoints, Container Apps, Function Apps).
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, or comparable tools.
• Python programming, including async (asyncio) and concurrency fundamentals.
• Modern AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, OpenCode).
• Observability tooling such as Azure Application Insights or OpenTelemetry.
