Senior Dynamics 365 CE Techno‑Functional Consultant

About the role

The Senior Dynamics 365 CE Techno‑Functional Consultant will lead the design, configuration and delivery of end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable CRM architectures and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, lead workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Design comprehensive D365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, including integration and data models.
• Configure and customise Dataverse entities, forms, views, security, business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Develop technical components such as C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript customisations and optional PCF controls.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, APIs and middleware, and manage data migration and governance.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle – design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate UAT, provide end‑user training and documentation, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams, acting as a bridge between functional and technical perspectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering D365 CE projects in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as Lead‑to‑Cash, Case Management and Service.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and optimise processes through technology.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Solution management (ALM) and Azure DevOps.
• Data migration, mapping and governance.
