Senior E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth Specialist

About the role

A new e-commerce brand, YUNIBy, under Yuni Rides Inc., is hiring a full-time, on-site E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth Specialist in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. The role takes complete ownership of online marketplace operations, from product research and sourcing to listing optimization, digital marketing, PPC campaigns and sales generation. It is not limited to uploading products or maintaining Seller Central accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central (with a strong focus on FBA), eBay Seller Hub, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace and other platforms as they expand.
• Research profitable products for the US market, analyse competitors and demand, and recommend products and suppliers.
• Create and optimise listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ content and SEO blogs.
• Plan, run and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns, tracking ACoS, TACoS, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Manage social media channels and plan product-focused content and campaigns.
• Drive sales growth, monitor margins and profitability, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast replenishment, and research suppliers in the US and China.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience.
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA, eBay, Etsy and Walmart Marketplace.
• Experience writing product descriptions, marketing content and SEO-focused blog articles.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and take full ownership.
• Availability to work on-site in Karachi, six days a week, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PKT.

Required skills

• Amazon FBA operations and Amazon PPC campaign management.
• Marketplace SEO, keyword research and listing conversion optimisation.
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Preferred: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa and experience launching new e-commerce brands.
