Senior Executive HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Executive HR Business Partner will drive the people agenda for plant‑based teams, covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, transfers, assessments, job postings and separations in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain HR policy and labor law compliance, accurate employee and organizational records.
• Facilitate communication between plant employees and leadership to foster an engaged, collaborative workplace.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources or related field from a recognized university.
• 3–4 years of HRBP or generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial or pharmaceutical plant environment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations, workforce dynamics and applicable labor requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
