Senior Executive HR & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead both human resources and finance functions for a fast‑growing multi‑site restaurant chain in Karachi. The role partners with senior leadership and branch managers to ensure effective people operations, robust financial controls, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development programmes.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking and maintenance of accurate employee records.
• Prepare annual budgets, management accounts, cash‑flow statements, financial analyses and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor branch expenses, reconcile payables and receivables, and enforce internal financial controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage statutory documentation and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with operations managers to optimise staffing levels, control costs and boost employee engagement.
• Produce executive reports and actionable recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and performance management.
• Strong background in budgeting, accounting records, expense monitoring, cash‑flow analysis and management reporting.
• Ability to design and refine policies, approval workflows and compliance documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills to work with branch teams and senior leadership.
