Senior Executive, SCM

About the role

The Senior Executive, SCM will lead sourcing activities for Pakistan and Sri Lanka, ensuring alignment with supply chain policies and delivering optimal cost, quality and delivery outcomes. You will own the end‑to‑end RFx process, evaluate bids, engage suppliers and support contract negotiations while leveraging market intelligence and commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Execute RFx processes (RFPs, RFQs) in line with established SCM policies and best practices.
• Coordinate bid evaluation, applying industry benchmarks and strategic criteria.
• Conduct sourcing based on business needs, demand characteristics, market conditions and contractual requirements.
• Support contract negotiations to secure favourable commercial and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, Global SCM Shared Services and other functions to ensure effective execution.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to optimise cost, quality, service levels and delivery performance.
• Assist in executing category‑management strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Monitor supply‑market developments and provide relevant intelligence for procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management degree preferred).
• 5–7 years of hands‑on sourcing and procurement experience.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage.
• Experience sourcing tower, passive network or related services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement and RFx processes.
• Good knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership principles.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Effective negotiation and commercial skills.
