Senior Executive – Virtual Account Management

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Executive to manage a portfolio of partner accounts for foodpanda in Pakistan. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive telesales and providing operational support to our partners.
Key responsibilities
- Sell foodpanda services over the phone and achieve daily call and sales targets.
- Manage and grow revenue for each assigned partner account.
- Provide operational support and ensure compliance with foodpanda standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and maintain accurate documentation.
- Handle objections, create urgency, and deliver fast‑paced solutions.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in client management or telesales.
- Comfortable making outbound calls for extended periods.
- Fluent English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
- Data‑sensitive, sales‑oriented, and adaptable to changing processes.
- Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google applications.
- Experience using Salesforce (preferred).
