Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Family Educational Services Foundation (FESF) / Deaf Reach is hiring a full-time Senior Finance Manager for its head office in Karachi. The role covers accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management and support to the CFO on budgeting, donor reporting and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets and variance analyses.
• Manage cash flow reporting and financial planning.
• Oversee payroll disbursement and accurate ERP records.
• Ensure timely withholding tax payments and statutory filings.
• Monitor investments and reconciliations.
• Support the CFO in budgeting, donor reporting and audits.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA, qualified or part-qualified CA, or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in the NGO sector or a leading audit firm is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and payroll administration.
