Senior Finance Manager - Manufacturing Industry

About the role

A manufacturing company based in Korangi/Landhi, Karachi is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, costing, budgeting and financial controls. The role suits a CA who can independently manage key finance functions and support senior management in strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and variance analysis
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls and performance analysis
• Manage product costing, profitability, working capital and cash flow
• Identify financial risks, cost optimisation opportunities and process improvements
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Provide financial insights to support business and operational decisions
• Lead the Finance team and manage key financial matters in the absence of the CFO

Required profile

• CA qualification only; all CA examinations must be cleared (ACCA and ICMA candidates will not be considered)
• 8-10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, costing and financial controls
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and interact confidently with senior management
