Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI‑Native Product Team)

About the role

Botmer International is looking for a remote Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join its AI‑native product team. You will build modern web platforms and scalable internal systems that power AI‑first startups worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications.
• Work across APIs, databases, authentication systems, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed product and engineering teams.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions and leverage AI‑assisted development tools.
• Deliver maintainable, production‑ready code in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack application development experience.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Go or similar technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, authentication systems, and third‑party integrations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote, startup setting.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools is a plus.
