Senior Global Roaming Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Global Roaming Coordinator will lead the operational execution of roaming roll‑out plans across multiple markets. You will work within Telenor Linx, a global unit that provides digital authentication, payment and distribution software to mobile operators and digital service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners and support the negotiation of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs).
• Drive testing, implementation and launch of roaming services according to the roll‑out schedule.
• Monitor progress, highlight risks or delays and resolve operational challenges, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status updates in the Roaming Management Tool.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations, preferably in coordination or rollout roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with cross‑cultural awareness and excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of IREG and/or TADIG data formats is valuable.
