Senior Google Ads Specialist - Ecommerce (UK/USA)

About the role

An agency is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns for UK and USA clients. The ideal candidate has strong e-commerce and lead generation experience and is confident in planning, launching, optimizing and scaling campaigns while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams. The role is full-time and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Display
• Develop strategies for e-commerce and lead generation brands
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-term analysis and negative keyword management
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate and profitability
• Monitor budgets, bids, targeting and campaign performance
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable performance reports
• Test and improve ads, audiences, keywords, landing pages and campaign structures, and scale successful campaigns
• Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, automation, AI features and best practices

Required profile

• 5-7 years of professional experience in Google Ads / PPC
• Proven experience with UK and USA clients
• Strong hands-on experience with e-commerce brands and lead generation campaigns
• Ability to take ownership of accounts, understand business goals and communicate confidently with clients
• Agency or client-facing experience is an advantage
• Must be comfortable working full-time onsite
