AI Content Creator and Generative AI Specialist

About the role

Xmaxify is a compliance automation SaaS platform that automates regulatory filings, client onboarding and compliance documentation for startups, freelancers and SMEs. It is hiring a full-time, on-site AI Content Creator and Generative AI Specialist based in Lahore District. The specialist designs, generates and refines AI-driven content across web copy, product descriptions, knowledge base articles, marketing assets and in-app guidance for compliance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop prompts, fine-tune AI models or workflows, and collaborate with product, marketing and customer success teams so content is accurate, user-centric and aligned with brand voice.
• Research compliance topics and test and iterate generative AI outputs.
• Build content templates and guidelines, and maintain consistent quality and tone across customer touchpoints.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on user feedback and analytics.
• Contribute to content and AI innovation initiatives within the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in SaaS, fintech, legal tech, compliance or related industries is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lahore District and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Strong AI-assisted content creation, prompt engineering and use of generative AI tools (large language models, image or workflow generators).
• Digital content production: copywriting, editing and structuring web, product and knowledge base content.
• Ability to research complex topics such as compliance and regulation and turn them into clear, user-friendly content.
• Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing principles and reusable content templates or style guidelines.
• Basic data and analytics tools to measure content performance.
