Senior Google Ads Specialist – Lead Generation (Remote, US Eastern Time)

About the role

People Morphy is supporting a client in need of a senior, hands‑on Google Ads specialist focused on lead‑generation campaigns. The role is fully remote from Pakistan, working US Eastern business hours, and involves end‑to‑end ownership of multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts from setup to optimisation, including campaigns, keywords, negatives, bids and budgets.
• Monitor spend, conversions, cost‑per‑lead (CPL) and lead quality, and take corrective actions.
• Review search terms to eliminate waste and uncover new opportunities.
• Diagnose and resolve tracking and conversion issues using Google Tag Manager and related tools.
• Identify automation, pacing, disapproval and lead‑flow problems and recommend data‑driven solutions.
• Provide regular updates to the owner, communicate issues clearly, and prevent problems from reaching the client.

Required profile

• Strong, hands‑on experience with Google Ads focused on lead generation, not e‑commerce.
• Proven track record managing meaningful advertising budgets in expensive‑click environments.
• Ability to work US Eastern hours consistently and reliable internet with backup power.
• Clear written English for communication with a US‑based team.
