Senior Growth Manager – E-Commerce, Performance Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially driven Senior Growth Manager to work directly with the CEO on strategic business initiatives, digital growth, international expansion, and commercial partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business projects across e‑commerce, performance marketing, digital marketing, and business development.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives focused on revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, and profitability.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns, monitoring ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, email, affiliate marketing, CRM, and customer retention.
• Analyze marketing dashboards and commercial KPIs to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Build strategic relationships with international federations, sponsors, associations, agencies, and commercial partners.
• Support international expansion in the UK, USA, Germany, Australia and other global markets.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of senior experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, business development or strategic project leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing data, dashboards, budgets and commercial performance metrics.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Foreign‑qualified degree from a recognized international university.
