Senior Health Representative – Antimicrobial Stewardship

About the role

The Senior Health Representative will lead the promotion of Pfizer's antimicrobial stewardship portfolio in Karachi. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and following up on marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue and KPI targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and global guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional detailing and presentations to targeted doctors and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Plan and execute customer engagement activities, maintain accurate contact records, and log calls using the Veeva system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly call plans, monitor coverage, and provide market insights to inform brand strategy.
• Travel frequently as required and be willing to relocate based on business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate degree in science; Pharm.D. preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in antimicrobial stewardship.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using the Veeva CRM system.
