Senior HR Manager – Night Shift

About the role

Minerva, a leading clinical research organization, is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead Learning & Development, performance evaluation and HR operations during the night shift. This full‑time, on‑site position supports a people‑first culture and ensures operational consistency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning needs across departments and create annual training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external trainings (GCP, ISO, soft‑skills, technical upskilling) and manage training calendars, attendance, and post‑training assessments.
• Oversee the full performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year and final reviews, KPI tracking, and preparation of performance summaries.
• Assist with increment calculations and ensure transparent communication throughout the evaluation process.
• Manage daily HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, records management, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Provide HR support to night‑shift employees, handle operational escalations, and assist with employee engagement, policy communication, and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on L&D, performance management and HR operations.
• Experience in the clinical research or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination and independent work abilities, especially during night hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS tools.
