Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to advise leadership across our Corporate Services divisions. The role focuses on aligning talent management, organizational effectiveness, and high‑performance culture with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to division heads, linking people strategies to business goals.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to design leadership development, capability building, and change‑management initiatives.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning for support functions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition, employer branding, and candidate experience for corporate roles.
• Manage the performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting and feedback.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted learning programs.
• Promote a values‑aligned culture, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, handle grievances, and uphold the Code of Conduct.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• SHRM or CIPD certification preferred.
• 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting corporate functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, performance management, employee relations, and labor compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving abilities in a multi‑division environment.
