Senior Instructional Designer – AI & Learning Content

About the role

Edge is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to create high‑quality AI‑enhanced training programs for its talent and internal teams. This hands‑on position blends instructional design expertise with generative AI tools to produce engaging, effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design structured training programs, onboarding modules, and role‑based certifications.
• Use generative AI tools to create, refine, and scale presentations, guides, scripts, assessments, and other instructional materials.
• Translate complex industry knowledge into clear, practical learning content across medical, dental, insurance, and accounting domains.
• Develop assessments, quizzes, simulations, and certification materials aligned with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate AI‑generated content for accuracy and instructional quality.
• Maintain and update learning assets as business processes and industry requirements evolve.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to design and develop structured training programs and digital learning content.
• Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools to create or enhance training materials.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks.
• Excellent written communication, research, editing, and content organization skills.
