Senior Investment Advisor

About the role

The Senior Investment Advisor will work on‑site in Islamabad, providing comprehensive investment advisory services that align real‑estate opportunities with clients' broader financial goals. The role involves analysing market trends, crafting tailored investment strategies, and supporting clients throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and financial analysis to identify suitable real‑estate investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and portfolio diversification recommendations.
• Collaborate with real‑estate advisors to optimise client outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing transparent documentation and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to internal training initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in investments and investment strategies with a proven track record of designing client‑focused portfolios.
• Solid foundation in finance, financial planning, risk assessment, asset allocation, and long‑term wealth management.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, able to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
