Senior Investment Relationship Associate

About the role

The Senior Investment Relationship Associate will manage and grow relationships with individual and institutional investors for MCB Funds. Based onsite in Mingāora, the role ensures timely communication of fund performance, market insights, and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, provide high‑quality customer service, and support investors in selecting suitable mutual funds, pension schemes, and investment plans.
• Monitor client portfolios, prepare performance reports and presentations, and coordinate with internal investment and operations teams.
• Support sales initiatives and investor‑education activities while maintaining compliance with internal policies and SECP regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CFx, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience in asset management, banking or financial services, preferably in client‑facing or relationship‑management roles.
• Strong business relationship management, analytical, communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Working knowledge of CRM or client‑management systems.
