About the role

Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Senior Lecturer in Speech-Language Pathology to join its academic team on a remote basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality education, developing curriculum, and supervising clinical practice and research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum content to reflect current trends and standards.
• Deliver lectures and practical sessions using effective teaching methodologies.
• Supervise student research projects and clinical practice, providing constructive feedback.
• Apply evidence‑based practices and clinical supervision frameworks to enhance education quality.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to meet annual academic and research performance targets.
• Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
• Engage in research activities, including publishing scholarly articles.
• Participate in academic committees and contribute to program development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑Masters experience in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Proven record of teaching and research supervision.
• At least one peer‑reviewed research publication.
• Ability to meet performance targets set by the Head of Department.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
