Senior Manager – Brand & Content Strategy

About the role

The Senior Manager – Brand & Content Strategy will shape and lead TCF’s content ecosystem across digital, print and donor communications. Reporting to senior leadership, you will craft audience‑centric narratives that reinforce the brand, boost engagement and support fundraising objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall content strategy for campaigns, websites, publications and donor communications.
• Lead the creation of TCF’s Annual Report and other flagship publications.
• Generate creative concepts and produce compelling copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, print materials and donor‑facing content.
• Plan, develop and maintain content for global and local websites, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
• Identify strategic content opportunities that drive fundraising, donor engagement and brand visibility.
• Monitor content performance using digital analytics and optimise tactics accordingly.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve organic reach and website performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• 7‑9 years of experience in content development, communications or digital marketing, with a proven record of leading content strategy at an organizational level.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for brand voice.
• Excellent proofreading and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Experience producing annual reports and managing website content.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaborative work style.
