Senior Manager Cyber Security

About the role

PTCL is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Cyber Security Audit function. You will provide independent assurance on cybersecurity governance, risk management, controls and regulatory compliance while strengthening the organisation's security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual cyber security audit planning and continuously enrich the audit universe.
• Supervise cyber‑related forensic investigations, consulting engagements and special assignments.
• Identify risk areas, develop and execute a comprehensive Technology Audit Plan.
• Assess system control weaknesses and recommend practical improvements.
• Engage with management, prepare high‑quality audit reports and follow up on observations.
• Deliver Quality Assurance activities in line with internal audit standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
• 10+ years progressive experience in IT/Technical domains, with 3‑5 years in cyber security and supervisory roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH or GCFA are preferred.
