Senior Manager DevSecOps

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager DevSecOps to lead the integration of development, security, and operations across our enterprise technology platforms. The role focuses on driving automation, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with telecom industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions.
• Lead DevSecOps strategy, CI/CD implementation, and infrastructure automation.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management frameworks.
• Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance, vulnerability management, and data protection.
• Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis for critical system issues.
• Mentor technical teams and promote DevOps best practices.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 4‑5 years in technical architecture, application development, or operations.
• Strong expertise in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and incident management.
• Hands‑on experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of telecom systems, protocols, and industry standards.
