Senior Manager Infrastructure Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Manager Infrastructure Partnerships will lead the development, management and growth of strategic infrastructure partnerships that support PTCL Group’s business objectives, revenue growth and network expansion. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing collaborations across telecom infrastructure, fiber, data centres, cloud and managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an infrastructure partnership strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with telecom operators, cloud providers, data‑centre operators and technology vendors.
• Lead commercial negotiations for infrastructure‑sharing, leasing, colocation, cloud and managed‑service agreements.
• Prepare business cases, commercial models and investment proposals.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, renewals, amendments and compliance monitoring.
• Maximise utilisation and monetisation of network, fibre, data‑centre and other infrastructure assets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and conduct regular business reviews.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Regulatory and Procurement teams to ensure alignment and secure internal approvals.

Required profile

• Proven track record extracting commercial value from vendor programmes and managing large‑scale infrastructure partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management experience in the telecom or technology sector.
• Ability to develop robust business cases and commercial models.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
