About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a senior leader to drive the adoption of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions across its telecom and contact‑center operations. The role will shape enterprise AI strategy, build an AI Center of Excellence, and ensure secure, scalable, production‑ready deployments that align with the company’s digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute PTCL’s AI strategy, focusing on telecom network modernization, contact‑center transformation, and digital business objectives.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases such as AIOps, self‑healing networks, intelligent routing, real‑time personalization, churn prevention, revenue assurance, and fraud detection.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering responsible AI, data privacy, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead an AI Center of Excellence, setting standards, best practices, and reusable AI assets.
• Architect and deploy scalable AI services using APIs, microservices, containers, and orchestration platforms, integrating them with OSS/BSS, CRM, IPCC, IVR, and network management systems.
• Design, implement, and operate end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines and cloud‑native, hybrid, edge, and low‑latency AI solutions for telecom workloads.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in AI strategy and implementation within telecom or large‑scale technology environments.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Track record of building and managing AI Centers of Excellence or similar innovation hubs.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
