Senior Manager – Partner Compliance and Relationship

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead partnership compliance and relationship management, ensuring alignment with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders for large‑scale donor‑funded projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular engagement with regulatory bodies, coordinating contractual requirements, policies, and program matters.
• Support proposal development for partnership expansion, analysing data, coordinating assessments and preparing submissions.
• Ensure accurate data entry on government portals, monitor data quality and resolve issues.
• Develop, review and implement compliance policies, communicate regulatory changes and monitor adherence.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, compiling data on attendance, assessments, infrastructure and other deliverables.
• Monitor and optimise per‑child subsidy, analysing trends and coordinating corrective actions.
• Conduct field visits to schools, identify implementation challenges and facilitate resolutions.
• Design and deliver training programs for area and school teams on compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree in management, law or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing large‑scale donor‑funded projects, preferably with compliance responsibilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
