Senior Manager Partner Success & Commercial Ops

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Senior Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of its strategic partnership programme. The role will translate commercial agreements into operational outcomes, coordinating across legal, finance, procurement and regulatory functions to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead partner and vendor contracting from drafting to execution, including NDAs, amendments and final signatures across all channels.
• Manage partner payments, settlements, receivables and resolve billing disputes in close collaboration with Finance, Treasury and Tax.
• Drive procurement processes for partner engagements, overseeing PR, RFP and PO activities and ensuring compliance with delegation of powers and procurement policies.
• Oversee the creation and governance of joint‑venture and special‑purpose‑vehicle entities, coordinating legal, finance, treasury, tax and regulatory teams.
• Act as the central coordination point between internal functions and external partners to remove bottlenecks and achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, financial settlements and procurement procedures.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams including Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax and Regulatory affairs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
