Senior Manager Platform Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable software platforms that support high‑impact solutions across our value chain. The role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring robust, efficient architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive short‑, medium‑ and long‑term platform architecture strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Provide technical guidance, set performance targets, and evaluate team members.
• Design scalable architectures using load balancing, caching, data partitioning and horizontal scaling.
• Lead security initiatives and vulnerability assessments across the Software Center of Excellence.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks such as TOGAF, GDPR and HIPAA.
• Optimize performance with tools like VTune and PVS Studio.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and validate system behaviours with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of end‑to‑end systems solutioning and telecom architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Java with proven delivery of complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, MongoDB, SQLite and web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs).
• Solid understanding of TOGAF, GDPR, HIPAA and software governance.
• CISSP certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field; postgraduate education preferred.
