About the role
The position leads the design team for roads and highways, overseeing geometric and pavement design, traffic engineering and preparation of tender documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in road and highway geometric design.
- Prepare and review engineering design drawings, BOQ, estimates, specifications and tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with standards and deliver high‑quality design solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 08 years of experience in roads & highway design, including 04 years in a senior or team‑lead role.
- Civil Engineering degree (HEC recognized, PEC registered); Master’s in Transportation/Highway Engineering preferred.
