Senior Manager Technology – Integration Support

About the role

The Senior Manager Technology – Integration Support will lead the installation, configuration, deployment and ongoing administration of IBM API Connect across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, administer and monitor IBM API Connect on cloud and on‑prem VMs.
• Monitor health, performance and availability of the API environment and respond to incidents, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Analyze logs, configure backup/restore processes, and apply patches, upgrades and interim releases.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying APIs and manage API lifecycle via the API Management Portal.
• Administer consumer access, security configurations (TLS profiles, OAuth2) and manage the IBM API Connect Developer Portal, including Drupal theme adjustments.
• Integrate third‑party tools such as Elasticsearch for analytics and use Splunk for advanced search queries, monitoring and alerting.
• Provide technical architecture guidance, support discovery sessions and interact with IBM Technical Support and Sales.
