Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Managing Consultant to lead strategy and transformation projects for major financial institutions across Pakistan and the wider region. This role involves close collaboration with C‑suite executives and delivering high‑impact consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy and transformation consulting projects covering business growth, digital transformation, operating models, and performance improvement.
• Develop strategic recommendations and practical implementation roadmaps for financial services clients.
• Build and manage strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and support commercial growth.
• Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams to deliver high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Strong background in management or strategy consulting, preferably with a recognized advisory firm.
• Solid experience within financial services, especially banking, fintech, lending, or digital finance.
• Excellent understanding of Pakistan's financial services market, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
• Proven experience leading strategic consulting engagements and managing C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and business development skills.
• Excellent English communication; Urdu is an advantage.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Pakistan and willing to travel as required.
