Senior NetSuite ERP Business Analyst

About the role

Provox Global Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements definition for a NetSuite ERP implementation at a U.S. private-equity-backed industrial manufacturing company. The role is fully on-site in Islamabad, Pakistan, embedded with the client's leadership team and working during U.S. Central Time hours. You will be employed and managed by Provox Global Solutions' Pakistan operations, while taking project direction from the client's executive sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current-state workflows and design optimized future-state processes, documenting them with BPMN or flowcharts and recommending automation or standardization.
• Lead workshops, interviews and discovery sessions with stakeholders, and develop Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications and process maps.
• Collaborate with the NetSuite implementation partner to turn requirements into system configurations, run fit-gap analyses and advocate a configuration-over-customization approach.
• Define and improve end-to-end processes across finance, operations, manufacturing and sales (e.g., lead-to-quote, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-cash).
• Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams, maintain requirements traceability, clarify scope and manage change requests, applying both waterfall and agile methods.
• Support data migration planning, coordinate user acceptance testing and help with change management, identifying gaps, risks and dependencies early.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst on technology implementation projects, with a proven track record in ERP or large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience covering lead-to-quote, design-to-build, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce and order-to-cash.
• Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN or flowcharts) and in writing detailed BRDs and functional requirements.
• Practical experience with both waterfall and agile delivery, and excellent written and verbal English at an executive level.
• Preferred: background in industrial manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or field service; prior work with third-party ERP partners; exposure to data migration, UAT or change management.
