Senior Operations Manager – Operations Leadership

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will partner directly with the CEO to drive operational excellence across the organization. This role oversees daily workflows, aligns cross‑functional teams, and implements strategies that support revenue growth and high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to design and execute operational strategies that meet company objectives.
• Lead a team of 10 professionals, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and performance metrics are met.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting plans to optimise resource allocation and control costs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to ensure seamless workflows and effective communication.
• Utilise ERP systems to track operations, generate reports, and support data‑driven decision making.
• Analyse operational data to uncover trends, forecast challenges, and propose strategic solutions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on operational status, challenges, and achievements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in operational management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team of around ten members.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
