Senior Operations Manager - US Last Mile Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our US Last Mile Logistics team based in Karachi. This role oversees end‑to‑end delivery operations for US clients, ensuring high‑quality service and efficient execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage US Last Mile delivery operations, including daily dispatch, route planning, scheduling, and delivery execution.
• Supervise operations teams, dispatchers, and field support personnel.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and delivery partners to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Resolve escalations and operational challenges promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with US‑based clients and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US logistics, last‑mile delivery, or transportation operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading operational functions.
• Strong understanding of dispatch operations, route optimization, and delivery management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and driver networks.
• Ability to manage high‑volume operations and meet client service expectations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
