Senior Product Engineer (Python / JavaScript)

About the role

Arbisoft is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain production‑grade SaaS and web applications for its clients. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, from requirements through deployment and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python (Django, FastAPI or similar).
• Build and optimise frontend applications with React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design scalable data models, APIs and overall architecture with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Work with SQL and relational databases, including performance tuning for data‑intensive workloads.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) using CI/CD, Terraform and other IaC tools.
• Integrate AI‑powered features using modern tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven record of shipping production software.
• Strong ownership, communication skills and ability to work independently on complex problems.
• Experience guiding technical decisions and mentoring other engineers.
