Senior Project Manager – Business Solutions Services

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Project Manager to lead delivery discipline across multiple BPO and client service engagements. The role focuses on onboarding, operational delivery, resource planning, and ensuring client success while maintaining agreed service levels. You will act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of new client teams, from hiring through go‑live.
• Serve as the liaison between client stakeholders and internal functions.
• Implement SOPs, training programs, and delivery standards effectively.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps early, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide structured updates and maintain clear accountability across functions.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of hands‑on delivery leader experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent clients/projects in IT services, BPO, or consulting.
• Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
• Availability to work CST overlap hours.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data‑driven reporting.
• Capacity planning and resource management.
• Experience with delivery dashboards and KPI tracking.
