Senior Recruitment Specialist - Banking Sector

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for senior and executive positions within the banking sector. Based in Lahore, you will work closely with the client’s Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications, competencies, and timelines for senior banking roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
• Source and recruit senior professionals, including Executive, Senior Executive and C‑Suite talent across Retail, Corporate, Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT and Digital Banking.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan guidelines.
• Develop and nurture a network of senior banking professionals and build talent pipelines for confidential mandates.
• Collaborate with external recruiters and agencies to expand candidate reach.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in senior‑level recruitment, preferably within the banking sector.
• Proven ability to work independently without direct team management.
• Strong professionalism, confidentiality and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent understanding of banking regulatory standards.
