About the role

Bank Al-Habib is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in Karachi, Pakistan, working full time. The role focuses on building client relationships, growing deposits and supporting branch targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new potential clients to maximise product awareness and customer retention.
• Identify and acquire new potential accounts through customer referrals and market connections.
• Ensure excellent service standards for customers.
• Drive deposit growth through efficient portfolio management.
• Promote cross-selling and ADC opportunities.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 14 years of education from an HEC-recognised university; a Master's degree is preferable.
• For the Senior Relationship Manager: minimum 5 years of liabilities sales experience in branch banking.
• For the Relationship Manager: minimum 2 years of liabilities sales experience in branch banking.
• Age limit of maximum 35 years.
