Senior Sales Closer (Call Agent)

About the role

Selections Technologies is a software house with offices in London and Lahore, building websites, mobile apps, custom software, AI solutions and CRM systems, and running digital marketing for businesses in the UK and USA. As a Senior Sales Closer you will call business owners interested in the company's services, understand their needs and close the deal. The position is based in the Lahore office on a basic salary plus commission, with top closers earning PKR 100K to 200K+ per month.

Key responsibilities

• Call and speak with UK and USA business owners interested in the company's services
• Understand each client's needs and pitch the right tech solution
• Handle objections, negotiate and close deals
• Move leads through the CRM pipeline from prospect to closed
• Hit monthly sales targets and earn commission on every deal

• Strong sales and closing skills
• Confident communication in English
• Experience dealing with clients
• Target-oriented mindset
