Sales Appointment Setter and Closer (U.S./Canada)

Bulwark is looking for a Sales Appointment Setter and Closer in Lahore to join its sales team. The role involves generating qualified appointments and closing sales with U.S. and Canadian clients, working in a target-driven environment without managing a team. It suits a proactive sales professional who can adapt to a late-night schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients in the U.S. and Canadian markets to generate appointments.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives and senior decision-makers by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions.
• Schedule appointments and close sales using strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally to improve conversion rates.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure timely scheduling and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Show strong product knowledge to address client questions and build trust.
• Work within a target-driven environment to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and market changes.

Required profile

• Minimum of three years of experience engaging with U.S. or Canadian clients to generate appointments and close sales.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Strong persuasion, communication and negotiation skills; professional demeanor with business owners and executives.
• Comfortable working a late-night schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
• No team management required.
